Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-02. By using bidstar.lol or paying for a listing you agree to these terms.
1. The service
bidstar.lol sells visibility: a position on public leaderboards determined by the amount paid. We do not guarantee any number of visitors, clicks, sales or any position after other people pay.
2. Your listing
You must own or be authorised to promote what you list. You are responsible for its content and for complying with the laws that apply to it. You grant us the right to display your name, description, logo and screenshots on the site, in share images and on social media.
3. Payments
Prices are in US dollars and processed by PayPal. All payments are final and non-refundable, including when you are outbid, when a board resets or when we remove a listing for breaking the rules. Chargebacks of legitimate payments lead to removal of the listing.
4. Removal
We may edit, recategorise, hide or remove any listing that breaks the Rules, harms users or is reported to us with good reason.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
